I'm a highly dedicated and experienced Massage Therapist and truly love my work.

Every session with every client is different, depending on what your body is presenting and needing at that time.

I tailor each of my sessions to your needs and expectations.

 

I earned my Associate Degree in Massage Therapy from The Swedish Institute in New York City in 2013.

I'm licensed in North Carolina, New York State and Nationally Board Certified by MBLEx.

 

I provide the same care, warmth, and attention regardless of your age, gender or orientation. I draw from a wide palette and integrate multiple massage modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Connective Tissue Release, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy and Cupping.

I have vast knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and nutrition.

I'm able to design effective goal-specific sessions and pinpoint imbalances within a persons current physical and lifestyle habits.

My goal is to correct them in a way that is both manageable and pleasurable for my client.
